This package is for a quality Christmas Video Message starring the amazing Mrs  Claus.

What will be included in the video message?
You will receive a personalised video message from Mrs Claus, wishing your child a Merry Christmas.
Mrs Claus will magically appear, greeting your little one. 
She will start by reading a short Christmas story or a Christmas poem.
Then finally she will say goodbyes and leave you to enjoy the rest of your magical day.
The video length in total will be between 2 -3 minutes long.
 
All requests would need to be paid for and submitted by Sunday 17th December 2023. 
Your video message will be sent out on Christmas Eve. 
If you have not recieved your message by 6pm on 24/12/2023 UK Time, then please email: characterparties@mail.com
 
All requests put in or paid for after the 17th December 2023, will be contacted and most likely refunded. Characater Parties with Bee require at least 10 days processing time for your video message. 
 
We will send you your video message via an email linking you to WeTransfer, which is a free file sharing service. You will have 7 days to download the video but then it is yours forever. 
 
How will I recieve my Video Message?
Character Parties with Bee will email you a link within 7 days of your purchase.
Click on the link in the email and follow the directions for saving onto your phone or your PC.
Once the link has been sent, you will have 7 days to download the video. After the 7 days the link will be inactive and you will need to contact us via email: characterparties@mail.com
Once the video is downloaded it is yours to keep forever.
